It was the filthiest place we have ever stayed in. Everything from the floor to the tables was covered in layers of dust. We asked someone at the front office to clean up a bit for us before we settled in, and it was the kind receptionist and the guard who came to help clean up. They mentioned that all their house keeping staff were trainees and still learning how to clean. Then we found out that most of the tablewares & cutleries had old crusty mold from the sheer filth.
We paid for the place for 3 nights but checked out after the 1st night. No one was there at the front desk so we dropped the keys with the guard. After which no one ever called or messaged us as to why we left abruptly.
No refund, no apologies, never seen a place like this.

The property is poorly maintained. My son injured his feet from the pool decking as it was severely damaged. When reporting to to reception nothing was done. They advertise it as smoke free but all workers walk around smoking and all villas are equiped with ashtrays. We had items stolen and when asking reception for help they could not understand us. Major construction was taking place, there is only one way into the villas and the tile cutting, welding and heavy machinery use did not stop and people had to walk between the machines in use. We all had to cover our eyes when the welding was taking place each day. We requested a manger on three seperate occasions and were told he would arrive the next day. Finally on check out I was handed the managers card and told to email him. I have since received an email stating I am a liar about all of the above issues, even though they have their reception recorded with a camera and can supply days and times in which I visited. It is also stated we never requested the manger and we not given his business card. I have supplied numerous photos of the issues we had during our time and the manager Cipta just said all of what I said was untrue. I would not recommend anyone staying here. Our bathroom was full of mould and other people’s hair and the kitchen sink was full of food from the previous people’s stay. We unfortunately struggled with walking around because tiles were being cut every day and welding taking place and it caused issues.

Excellent service by the warm and friendly team! Our week stay in Bali was spent in this modern style pool 2BR villa. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Villa was very spacious. Unfortunately, the room my hubby and I were in had a very creaky bed and no hot water in the shower. We had to shower in the second bathroom. And for some reason (not sure if it’s due to the drainage works taking place on the property), both bathrooms smelled like sewage when the ventilation fans were turned on. The location is less ideal compared to other properties I’ve stayed in due to the lack of restaurants and amenities found in the heart of Seminyak and constant heavy traffic at the main road by the property.

Amazing property! Staff were extremely helpful, breakfast every morning, modern interior and facilities and very clean! Great location, a short walk to lots of restaurants. Would recommend and stay here again.
