The shower wouldn’t work in both rooms I had. Sent maintenance they cleaned shower head still didn’t fix the problem just had a little water pressure. I was basically told sorry there isn’t anything we can do. I had a no smoking room and it reeked of smoke.

Sheets had yellow stains, smelled musky and internet was down so no tv and we had to be let in by an employee each time we left our room.

The suite we got was super clean and spacious. We loved it. Made us feel at home. The location is great, you have shopping centers, restaurants and a lot of stuff to do around it. We will definitely be staying here again.

The water pressure was a bit low in my opinion but overall everything was great. It’s close to shopping centers and restaurants, very convenient.

My digital key on my phone will not open the door. The sliding door on the bathroom is broken. Will not lock and will not stay closed. It slides open by itself.
