Good location & efficient, friendly staff. Didn't like the security measure with regards to lifts, we should have been given 2 keys. Restaurant & roof top bar outstanding for this I would stay again.

Excellent place to be I Lisbon
We are walking Camino and have made Barrio Alto Hotel our home in between our whole stay in Portugal

The attention to detail and incredibly professional/ personable staff made our stay a wonderful experience. The property is perfectly located and luxurious in its well appointed rooms, dining areas, spa and reception areas. The dining areas overlook the neighborhood and river and the view is spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff was knowledgeable, experienced and cordial. The breakfast staff could not make it any better. They were extremely accommodating, polite and friendly. Kudos to all the staff.

This is the second time we have stayed at The Barrio Alto Hotel. The location is great . We had an issue with our first room. Rachel the customer service representative for the hotel took care of us and moved us to a different room which was perfect. The included breakrast is wonderful and the view from the terrace is beautiful.
