Great room. Very clean, very comfortable bed, large screen tv with Netflix and Prime built in. Nice large bathroom. Shuttle to BWI.

Although the trip was intended to be for leisure I still wanted to get some work done and when we arrived the internet was not working. With that said, the internet was up and running within 24 hours. I didn’t miss a beat.

Worst hotel experience I ever had! Housekeeping knocked at the door not even 5 mins after we checked in saying they smelled marijuana meanwhile I have 3 kids with me in the room. Then not even 20 mins later a second knock from the manager accusing us of smoking in the room. I opened the door as wide as it could open and offered her to come in check the room, smell the air, search us whatever she needed to do. Of course she refused to do all of that and threatened to kick us out and charge my card $250 if she was to come back and smell marijuana. We were also on the 6th floor so I want to know how you just assume it was us!? Then we decide to take the kids to the pool, which was filthy. Couldn’t even enjoy the hot tub because some girl decided to do inappropriate things with her man in it. Also the refrigerator in the room was broken, and woke up to ants in the room. Never again!

Our stay at the BWI Westin was great. The hotel is really nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

They placed us in the wrong room. 2 queen size beds instead of the 1 king bed. Informed us that if we check out we will not have a room to stay in as they were sold out. The room was uncleaned and in poor condition

It appeared to be kept in very good condition. Very clean inside and out.

Filthy, slow, unhelpful staff. I tried to order room service and they said, “Oh, we don’t have that. That menu shouldn’t be in your room.” The cleaning staff were the only employees working. There’s only so much they can do.

Everything was so nice and clean. All staff was great especially the bartenders. Just that having to pay for parking nonsense is for the birds. 17 dollars a day??

I really like the property it up to date, the hotel is very clean, smells good and look very luxury the only issue I had was with housekeeping, the sheets and pillowcase had some stains and hair that's not mine but then that it was a great experience

I would never stay here again. The description on their website is not accurate. The pictures are not how the hotel looks. They charge extra for everything. Parking is hell! On a hill with very little handicap spaces that you have to pay for. The food was Horrible and extremely overpriced. $14.00 for a salad with no meat which is a extra $8.00 charge. Breakfast for $24.00, the French toast was burnt hard as a rock, the eggs was cold, the juice was watered down, the Sausage was raw, and there was no Croissants, which was on the menu. There is very little options on the menu for diabetics, even though they advertise this as a get well menu hotel. They advertise all day, dining and a list of options to be able to eat at their restaurant that does not coincide with the times the restaurant is open for services. They reported that the pool was closed for renovations when there was No work done on the pool at the pool was full of water and clean just closed. The picture of the fire pit outside with the lawn chairs does not exist. My comforter and sheets had holes in them, and my bathroom had hair in the shower. When I told all of these things to the manager, she told me that I needed to call Expedia. There was nothing that they can do because I booked third-party. Checking took forever, and I was the only one at the desk because the employee was very slow on the computer and I had to keep correcting him on how to take my payment. There were no trash bags in any of the trash cans.
