Thank you, it would be nice to have eggs cooked to order for breakfast. The fried hard boil in the poached eggs were overcooked.
Other than that, everything was lovely

Ms. Maryam at reception desk is an asset to this hotel. She is exceptionally welcoming and want to assist customers by offering the best possible experience for the comfort of their stay.

Very accomodating, had no problem getting a shuttle from the airport despite my flight arriving after midnight, and check in was painless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and had such an unexpected range of food options, and I had a lovely stay

The staff are kind, efficient check in.
However I was told the I was to be ‘upgraded’ but I was given a standard room as booked. The room was old and needs renovation. Many plug sockets don’t work, the bathroom is old and not clean, the TV didn’t work.
Groups arriving with the staff at 2am were very loud in the corridor. I had to go out and ask the staff to keep control of the guests.

We arrived to the hotel after 23 hours of flights and layovers and we were exhausted. At check in we were directed to sit down and I was groaning inside because normally that means they are going to try and get you to buy something, or worse, sit through a time share presentation. But no! They just wanted to make us more comfortable (we must have looked as tired as we were). They did upgrade us, for free and with no conditions, and the entire process took maybe 5 minutes. The staff were extremely attentive and we didn't touch our bags once from taxi to room. The room was spacious and squeaky clean. The water pressure was amazing and the beds were so comfortable. We only had scheduled to stay one night before our 10-day Egypt excursion, but it was so wonderful that we cancelled our other hotel reservation for our last night in Egypt and returned to Le Passage after our adventure was complete. We felt very safe and secure inside the hotel grounds and everyone was super nice and it's a quick ride to the airport on the free shuttle.

Everything is perfect about this hôtel. May be the price is a bit too high. Location is perfect flr the airport or for an event. They have a supernice pool, so very few people use it because it is too cold at this time of the year (november). Heated pool would be great.

Beautiful hotel very close to the airport. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and very secure property. Would definitely recommend.

Television at 3am. Mediocre breakfast with artificial fruit juices and nothing really good . But the worst was that they refused to keep our luggage until the next day . (Hotel policy) . Escape! For goodness sake .

Location is good but if you end up having to check in early they told me they don’t have normal rooms but I need to be upgraded and pay for the extra hours which is not my experience with any other hotels in the Middle East.

Amazing accommodation, good facilities, great service, very kind and helpfull staff. Alsways asking if anything was needed. Special thanks to Samir and Ahmad for their kindness and help. Very close to airport with included shuttle service. Best hotel experience!

Well I stayed for an extra night but unfortunately the room air conditioning was not working at all and was making noise all night and i asked for a maintenance no one showed up and they did not care at all for a second night was not worth it ,it’s better to stay on an Airbnb you will get a better service than le passage .terrible experience

The busman came to the hotel and took ages, the check-in was quick because they gave a filthy room, so that was changed 3 times, used toilet paper, leaks, and dated. When we got the room after ages, guess what, the housekeeping literally got a sponge and soap and started cleaning the bathroom door, and I'm running late for a meeting..! It was pathetic! Not only that the second day early in morning the knocking on the doors and the manager yelling at each other and can be heard receptionist kept knocking on the door When the last knock came again every hour around 12 noon I opened it and was quiet upset so she said the receptionist had told her to do that. Then when I got in the shower NO WATER I called the receptionist. After that, it took housekeeping several hours to come to change the bedding! And the sink basins are blocked none is bothered..! And I ended up with a rash on my feet. The beds are rolling beds and light you can tip the bed over a single one. The damaged bathrooms! Please do not be dilutional by pictures It is intriguing to see how poor staff, always wanting a tip, and the desk at check out wants to fill the review part for you. In other words, they want to do a leave good review, that is cheap!!! The bellman had no manners at all he was rude and unprofessional. It was all about TIPS! From staff to housekeeping!!!
