It was cockroach infested . Very dirty someone’s cut fingernails on floor and roaches everywhere we left got our money back and stayed somewhere else

Their card reader was not working and they were no longer checking in people. I found this out when I got there and unloaded all my luggage. No one called me beforehand to inform me that I could not check-in. The front desk clerk was outside the hotel hanging out with approx 4-5 of his friends and they were making a lot of noise carrying on and jumping around in front of the hotel.

You get what you pay for, right? That’s what I kept telling myself as I forced myself to sleep. But I woke up with tons of bites on my legs. And someone set the fire alarm bc there are stoves in most rooms BUT no ventilation. Groups of men loitering by the door. I’ll just budget better and choose a more expensive hotel next time I need a rest stop on a long drive

There was hair toothpaste and a half bar of soap left in our shower that should have been cleaned. The cabinet doors were also missing from the cabinets.

There wasn’t any coffee pot in the room or anywhere in the hotel period. No complimentary kitchen utensils in the kitchen (who travels with a frying pan). They made us take out our own trash (what are we paying you money for). They said housekeeping only comes twice a week. That’s just plain disgusting. Don’t stay here.

Cheap hotel while I am awaiting closing my property purchase. Maintenance is lousy and only available on weekends. Front desk is poorly staffed and only available 9am to 9pm. Public toilet on first floor is for employees only even though it is not posted as such. Floors are dirty. Trash is spread throughout the exterior.

I am very upset. I reserved a suite with a pull out bed. The room I got was a single queen with no pull out bed. The front desk said they do not have rooms with pull out beds. I have never had a problem like this with all the reservations I make.
