Parking fee was a surprise. Amenities and structure well kept and clean staffing at night. Questionable has six people checking in waiting for one clerk that doesn’t know systems.

I had a great experience at the Residence Inn by Marriott! My room was upgraded surprisingly and I loved my view!! The supervisor, Cris, left champagne in my room for my bday :) The staff was super kind and the hotel is in a great area.

I like it all. The only thing is that online the breakfast time is 6:00 am to 10:00 am on the weekends and at the front desk they set it’s from 6:00 to 9:00 so I couldn’t have the breakfast included.

The room was clean & nice with a view I can say. The night we stayed in & decided to just have dinner at the hotel restaurant was a mistake. The Food was as awful as it looked, with an extremely high price. For the cost to stay here & the accommodations, there are definitely areas needing improvement. It was an ok experience, but probably will not be returning for the price.

This is a beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. Very clean and modern. The amenities were just what we needed. The staff was great. Restaurant was also good with excellent service. We will be back .

They didn't inform me at the front desk when I arrived that they had their own valet parking and it turned out that when it woke up they had left a ticket in my car, which made me very upset.

Second time staying here and it was a pleasant stay. The grounds could use some upkeep, the pool loungers some were ripped up and falling apart. The breakfast options were always the exact same everyday so that was a minus, you get sick of eating the same thing. It’s a great place otherwise

Upon arrival, the receptionist initially informed us that there was no reservation under our name, even though we could not have made a payment and reservation without providing our names. Eventually, they found our reservation.
The next morning, everything seemed fine when we went down for breakfast, but it ended at 9:30 AM. Despite the staff seeing us, they did not inform us that we needed to leave, and all the doors were locked with our luggage still in the lounge. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
