We love the Taj Mahal Tower! The hotel is beautiful and the customer service from the staff is excellent!

Amazing property but its staff makes the difference. We were celebrating an anniversary. Vandita sent up a lovely cake and balloons.
Every member of the staff is lovely. Always smiling and happy to help.
If we could afford it, we would only stay at this hotel. It is World Class.

We had a fantastic stay here. Would recommend to any friends. Would also recommend their driver, Ashfaque, who handled our airport transfer with professionalism and care. Nina, one of the managers in the regional reservation office was very helpful in the lead up to our stay. Also, Anthony, who is the hairdresser at the Taj Salon is fantastic. All the staff who work in Shamiana at breakfast time are outstanding.

Take the Heritage tour offered by the Taj -the hotel is integral to the history of India …museum quality art and artifacts. A highlight of our Mumbai stay … especially as given by Percy!
