Nice Room & it i enjoyed the Buffet!

Stay was good. Room was comfortable. Just found a few things lacking. The shower curtain was terribly creased. Looks like it had been wadded up and someone shook it out and hung it up- just not Embassy suites quality! The free breakfast was sub par. The eggs were tasteless. The cinnamon roll(I think) looked like it had been smushed and it was dry. Again just not the quality I remember associated with an Embassy Suites.

Was staying a night for the Queen City car show. Good location and plenty of parking. Restaurant on site is very convenient. Coffee shop employee appeared to be overwhelmed as she was the only one working.

The facility was very nice. The breakfast was good but the buffet layout seemed disorganized and it was difficult to find things, like butter, it was on the buffet with the fruit. I never found the yogurt. Overall it was satisfactory because the food was well prepared.

I was booked in a pure room, supposed to be very clean and allergy friendly. The door stuck so bad I thought the card didn’t actually read, after a couple hard pushes I finally made it into the room. First thing I did was take a shower after traveling 5+ hours. The bathroom was unfortunately disappointing, tub drain plug closed with standing water around the plug, the drain plug wasn’t even attached to the drain! So when lifting the plug up it came completely out of the tub. The shower curtain rod was mounted upside down (the notches to hold the shower curtain rings on each side were on the bottom instead of the top), and the rod was tilted downward. So anytime you take a shower the curtain slid open and water got all over the floor! Plus there is mold all over the ceiling in the shower area. Did not meet my expectations of normal Hilton Hotel Rooms. Breakfast was okay, lobby area looked good. Front office staff were great! Except on day two when I’d mentioned my bathroom concerns they asked “would you mind if we send a hotel engineer to take a look at your room?” And I said “that’d be great!” That’s the last I ever heard from them, no notes, no fixes, maybe they did look at it, maybe they didn’t. I’ll never know.

Well my pillows had an oder coming from them as I said before. The sofa sleeper had a spot on the arm of the sofa. Check in time was slow. The next time I will use the quick check in to avoid the lines. Other than a few hiccups every thing else was find,

The evening reception and breakfast were great. Everyone was nice and the place was very clean.

We loved this hotel. Our family stayed just 1 night but really loved how friendly the staff was (front desk, coffee shop, restaurant), how pretty the inside atrium area was, and the size and design of the room (a fully separate living room from bedroom) was genius. We’ll be visiting Charlotte/Concorde again just to stay at that hotel.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. The afternoon bar and morning breakfast options were exceptional. Overall, the room was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our time here.

From an early arrival to our departure the staff and facilities were on top of it. Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay.

First time staying at an Embassy Suites property. Will definitely stay at an Embassy Suites again.

Giving an honest review. Family friendly which is nice but a good bit of kids were there so it was a little loud late down the halls. Animal friendly which we love! However a room about 2 doors down from us had a dog barking for 4 solid hours. It was terrible. 6pm to 11. I was going complain but the dog stopped when we to sleep. Thankfully. The bathroom is probably the worst of the whole room. Just meh…. The pillows were also odd. Small squares but that’s how they set them up. We didn’t realize until the next morning. The last thing was the room was two full I think. I paid for a full king. They told me all rooms were the same but who knows. Now for the good. The free drinks were awesome! The breakfast was really good! Overall 4 of 5 stars in my book.

Hotel is nice but the throw-size square pillows for the beds didn’t make any sense. Shampoo and conditioner bottles in my shower were empty.
