Clean, efficient hotel. Parking is a few blocks from the city parking structure. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel was perfect, we had a deluxe room which was a generous size with a big bathroom. If you arrive by train it’s an easy walk to the hotel. We ended our vacation in Zurich and the hotel has a flat rate of 65 franks to the airport, which was good as everything in Zurich is expensive.

The Hotel is located just minutes from Zürich’s transportation network and close to supermarkets & restaurants. The staff was very professional and spoke fluent English. My room was clean and cozy.

Room is a bit small but other than that its a wonderful hotel very close to bus and trian line and also very close to the meeting point if you going book a tour

I booked a room at this hotel while working during a heatwave in Zurich since it offered air conditioned rooms - a pretty basic requirement. But the hotel does not actually have proper A/C! The place even blocks out the temperature gauges on thermostats in its rooms because, as the front desk told me, “otherwise people would complain.” At 2 am I woke up in a ball of sweat and asked for a fan. They brought me one covered in dust from the basement. DO NOT STAY HERE

One night stay en route back to the US so did not use any facilities but our room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked well though the WiFi was slow. Front desk staff were helpful and kind. Within walking distance to everything you want or need in old town. Less than 10 minute walk from the train station.

Drilling at 7am in the building next door woke us up each morning. Breakfast was average. Rooms were big and clean but noise was annoying.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I highly recommend as it is close to city center and right by the main train station. Friendly staff, quaint room, and all around lovely aesthetic.

It was just a one-night stay due to a canceled flight, but the staff was really helpful and nice and the location seems to be very convenient

Hotel was located in a central area so it was convenient. Room size was pretty good. Restaurant next door had delicious tapas. Be mindful when giving them laundry on Sunday. Even though I gave them laundry on Sunday morning, I didn't get it back until Tuesday. They forgot to send it on Monday morning when laundry was open.

It was ok. We were hot and couldn’t figure out how to use A/C and bc the front desk attendant was alone they couldn’t come to show us how to work it. I had to remove cover & tape that was hiding the temp etc .. wasn’t the cleanest place but then we only used facility for one half day. And room had smell coming from exhaust from restaurant downstairs not that pleasant considering we had to open windows for air circulation. Close to shopping, cafes & train station. For those reasons the location is good.

We liked as the hotel is close to train station and other facilities. Lots of food options were close by.
