The location is not the best, traffic-wise.
The area is safe, and the hotel needs to check how to order Ubers there; it is pretty annoying that Uber keeps changing the pickup area.
The staff is nice but needs to be faster and pay more attention to customers and details - Front Desk and Restaurant as well.
The cleaning staff is great and pays a lot of attention to detail.

We were checked in and checked out by Fabiane. She was outstanding and made us feel welcome. 5 stars for Fabiane.
We had a nice room, but the TV and refrigerator were not working. In their defense, we did not notify anyone because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Breakfast was ok.
It is definitely a nice new 5 start hotel.

Absolutely an amazing stay! Staff goes above and beyond. Rooms are beautiful modern and everything you need. Hotel is gorgeous and modern. Pool and spa is a dream. Restaurant is fantastic and executive lounge is absolutely fantastic with a gorgeous view. Close to a magnificent shopping mall and in a great location. Absolutely was the best JW we have ever stayed at. This will be our always place when visiting São Paulo.

Service was what i expected from the Four Seasons (excellent) especially from the Front Desk who arranged (quickly) for sandwiches to be prepared upon my arrival for the drive to my first meeting. I usually use the gym on all business travel but didn't have time on this trip due to schedule - however, i did go to check out the gym and it is excellent (lots of free weights, machines and yoga room/space) - next time i hope to use the facilities!

The staff at the Four Seasons Sao Paulo was excellent. Attentive, prompt, and always courteous. The hotel was beautiful, clean and felt like home. I would definitely stay there again.
