Excellent staff…convenient location

Don’t think there could be a better hotel for easiness for my first trip to Iceland, located beside bus stop 3 and 6. Comfy room friendly staff, nice breakfast Will be staying here again!

Very nice location, inside is excellent and staff is incredibly friendly. Bar next door is noisy at night but not terrible.

$985 for 2 nights. I get it, Iceland is expensive. But then to nickel and dime you for $30 to use the hot tub or Sauna? It was $985 for only two nights. You didn’t clean the room. It was a nice place but not at all worth the price. Breakfast was just some powder runny eggs I feel. I would not recommend nor would I stay here again. I also very seldom write reviews but feel this one is a must. You can stay at other places for HALF the cost that don’t try and do this. Also they have “one free drink”. I went and ordered a vodka soda. With the house vodka knowing I had the voucher. “Sorry, that’s only for beer”. So, I give them one star for greed and an average stay. I didn’t think anything was special for such a high cost. Maybe they were great years ago, but now they are just making extra money for what probably used to be a nice place. Also the hot tub, is next to the dining room. So hope you enjoy swimming while people watch you while eating breakfast.

Great location in center of town. We were not provided the VIP room, instead we we stayed in a small room off the bar with absolutely no internet or television reception.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable with a lovely sitting area. The breakfast was excellent. This hotel is in the heart of everything, making it easy to walk everywhere.

Loved the hotel. Only a short stay but it had everything you’d expect from a chic, convenient and comfortable boutique hotel. The staff were particularly welcoming. Would definitely recommend. Just be aware that the rooms are particularly small.

Great place, right and the city center it was perfect, parking is the only thing but it's not their fault, we manage pretty quickly once we understood how the parking works in Reykjavik.
