This place is clean, well priced, super convenient and the staff was great. The R/W lines are just out the front door, and the 1 was just a short walk. Made it easy to mix work and sightseeing.

Loved my stay here. Great location. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. I was impressed with the room as well! Amenities were up to date, comfortable bed/pillows, and felt spacious. This will be my go to hotel for all future NYC trips from now on!

The hotel is conveniently situated and is reasonably priced compared to other Manhattan hotels. Room is on the small side but well equipped. Mattress too soft Staff are helpful and friendly

Very clean and a nice hotel but the fridge came completely empty there was no water for us to drink. I requested a note in our room for our anniversary before our stay and they said they would be able to do that for us and there was nothing.

First time trying this hotel, because we got a pretty good deal for that area, just to arrive and they told us our reservation didn’t exist. But I could see it on the app, and on the email confirmation. You sold our room without any notice or anything. You lied saying you tried to contact me, by email & phone, nothing. We talk with a nice supervisor, but even that, couldn’t do something for the mistake the hotel made. I called 1 week before to confirm everything was okay & they took my information, send a new email confirmation & the supervisor couldn’t see it on the system. You should get a better customer service & really try harder to find a solution for your clients when you cancel their reservation without a notice. We ended in a trash hotel & pay even more because of the busy weekend. Really disappointed!

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional. Checking in and out was fast and efficient.

Convenient location w/ parking nearby, clean, great beds & tv setup. Bathroom & shower very nice. Excellent value.

Our stay for a weekend trip to NYC was exceptional. The hotel is small, but very well maintained, clean and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. The area is absolutely beautiful, close to a grocery store, plenty of food choices, and easy access to any subway line you need. The hotel is a 9-10 min walk to the 9/11 memorial and World Trade Center. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Overall, the hotel is very clean and comfortable, the area is amazing and near a lot of historical sites and buildings, and the staff was very helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

The HVAC did not work the whole stay, we asked 4 times to have it be fixed or change rooms and they set the thermostat for us to 67 and the temperature never got below 70. I luckily had a small fan in my backpack that was able to keep us from sweating to death.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is located in a great location with easy access to the Statue of Liberty ferry, Freedom Tower and 911 Museum, Trinity Church and Wall Street. The staff at the front desk gave us excellent ideas for meals near by.

Room was small every time you turned off the lights tv and other lights turned off Air conditioner was uncontrollable had to have maintence 3x room was freezing could not make warmer even after maintenance. I was told free breakfast when I booked the trip but NO FREE Breakfast
