Hotel is older and a little run down but clean. Bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. All the employees were pleasant.

My elderly mother and I stayed here while en route to another destination. The staff was so helpful in making sure she had a ground floor room. The hotel was very clean comfortable and quiet and the free breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide selection of food to choose from.

I got a courtesy call a few days before that the elevator might not be working as my room was on the third floor. I did not have an issue with that. I dunno if it’s a policy to notify, but the call was a very professional notification. Breakfast was great & the room was peaceful.

The elevator was broken. We were only there for one night & were not offered any accommodations for the broken elevator. We were advised AFTER we had booked

The staff was wonderful from the front desk to the breakfast attendants to the cleaning crew. The breakfast was fully stocked. We had a nice view of the lake and enjoyed watching the ducks and geese. The elevator was down and we had to carry all of our stuff up and down 3 flights of stairs, but other than that it was a good stay.
