Very convenient to water taxi and marina village. Great to have a micro wave and fridge for longer stays. Neighbourhood is under reconstruction but it’s convenient access to main beach and A1A.

My girlfriend and I were taking a royal caribbean cruise, flew in to FLL the night before and stayed at this hotel. It's definitely not a high end hotel, but was inexpensive, the room and bed were large and comfortable (not horribly outdated decor like many hotel rooms), the hotel in a convenient location and the staff was attentive, responding almost immediately via text outside of office hours and absolutely fantastic. Our room had a microwave, mini-kitchen, dishes and silverware, paper towels and full sized refrigerator, which turned out to be hugely convenient as we were able to reheat food from the previous night from the marina village (5 min walk) for breakfast the next day. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This place is close to a small strip food court. It is within walking distance but the area was a little scary. The streets are dark with no lights. The place is old but well maintained.

Horrible Experience - Misleading Photos and Dirty Room I wish I could give zero stars. The hotel photos online were completely misleading—our room looked nothing like what was advertised. When we walked in, the musty smell was overwhelming, and even with the air conditioner running all night, it barely cooled the room. To make matters worse, we found clothes left under the bed from a previous guest and an adult toy—clearly, they don't clean properly. The mattress was ancient and kept sliding off the box spring, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Jasmine was a fabulous front desk agent. She welcomed us and gave us insights into the surrounding area. Very helpful and friendly. Also, very clean and quiet facility, just across the street from the beach. Lovely spot for a getaway.

Please learn your to be courteous and respectful of guests.

This place was awesome. If you’re looking for someplace clean and quiet this is the place to go! We spent 2 nights and 3 days here and will definitely be back. Very close to Las Olas and the beach. There are no complaints from my husband and I.

The check in service was awesome. The lady that checked me in was super nice and each time I saw her she was so pleasant. The room was perfect for me. Close to the beach and all the restaurants. The only thing that was not accommodating was the coffee area - it didn’t open until 9:15 and that doesn’t t work for me because I am a very early riser, but I got a supply of coffee from the front desk and made my own in the room.

Great place to stay in walking distance. Rooms are perfect and are equipped with all the essentials. Staff were very nice and helpful . The pool and patio could use some upgrades and clean up and in need of attention.
