Place a little run down on the outside but when you are inside it’s quite different. Clean but linens a little old. Due for a change. Breakfast was simple and quite good. Location is quite ok if you have a car.

Location is not ideal, far from food and shopping outlets; but there’s a convenience store within the compound, that opens till midnight. Rooms are very clean and in great condition. Good choice if you are looking to escape from the crowd.

The hot spring operation hour is 4pm-8pm which is too short. The aircon keep auto shut down itself few time during sleep time. The toilet ventilation fan is very noise. The breakfast area is near the swimming pool which is very noisy and not a very good experience.

Everything about the room was great! Spacious, clean and even has a clean mini fridge. The amenities were subpar at best - gym, hot spring. Gym was limited in equipment and lighting was super dim - located within the Apartments/Condo instead of the Hotel itself. Hot Spring was a bit stinky to be honest. Staff were alright, just that they were a bit shorthanded so when we called from the rooms a couple times (even during non-peak like 9pm) no one picked up. When we asked for directions to the gym the staff kept directing us to the hot spring (2 completely different things and places)... Didn't try the food there. Location is great - I like it because it's near enough to the malls (all 20 min and below by Grab) but sufficient private and quiet from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again. I feel that the room and ambience is better than the KSL hotel attached to KSL mall. Was better than Atel**r and Tr*ve as well.

The towels and bedsheets were not properly washed. The rooms themselves were not cleaned properly and they seemed ill-maintained. Had to request for room slippers. No bathrobes and hand towels. The breakfast of nasi lemak was yummy. Overall, it was a comfortable enough stay for 1 night.

Hotel is good for 1 night stay. Relatively unsafe because security isnt tight. No carpark gantry operated and lift to rooms are free easy access. I was being charged for early check in when i only ASK. Lack of bathroom amentites but ok for really a 3 star hotel. Could be better if security system are in place

Room was fine. But service is bad. The safe box in the room was not working and I had called the staff 4 times but still nobody was sent to fix the safe box. The water in the hot spring is just warm and not hot. There are 3 pools but only 1 is warm and the rest are just normal pools. The hotel is understaffed. The hotel location is quite isolated. Nothing near the hotel.

First entered the room and this what I saw: bins in the room were not emptied. The mini fridge was turned off and door was left open with a towel in it. Facility is starting to show its age.

There are 3 pools but only 1 with hot spring (but not hot enough to truly enjoy it). Breakfast spread is good but the fried mee is too soggy (lousy cook?)
