What a beautiful hotel… room was very spacious and comfortable. Booked an ocean view and it did not disappoint. Housekeeping was so great. Breakfast was included and was so wonderful so many choices and great fruit each day. Everything was refilled before they were emptied. Location was across the street or at least about 200 meters away. There are a lot of food choices around and even a mall very close by. Don’t hesitate to book a room at this hotel.

Room was amazing though i felt cleanliness wise they could have improved. Hotel didnt have an ironing board which was rather strange. I hope they will have an ironing board.
Breakfast buffett mainly local food. Hope they will have more options for vegetarians.

Hotel is clean, nice but I’m disappointed how unfriendly staffs are , especially the front desk staff It’s usually they not even smile or say good morning. have been staying in many hotels in VN , they all very friendly staff and excellent service and polite.
Other than that I like the location .

Very nice hotel but sky bar closed and pool bar not great. Everything else in the hotel fantastic for a 4* and very good location for the beach and getting to tourist places such as the Cathedral and Pagoda and mud baths. Highly recommend for families and couples alike.

We loved our stay here! Clean rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, gorgeous pool, friendly staff. We treated ourselves to massages at the spa. Best massages ever! I would stay here again for sure!!

A one block walk to the waterfront promenade and the beach. Accommodated with complimentary beach towels and padded chairs.
The room was comfortable and roomy. Modern, clean with a comfortable bed. We were sure to get a room with an ocean view for a small daily premium that was well worth while! A tremendous view from the higher floors.
Free breakfast buffet had ample choices. Friendly staff in the restaurant and at the reception counter.
The front desk arranged inter city ground transportation which worked out perfectly.
There was nothing more we could request or require of this hotel. Full marks from this retired couple that stayed three nights.

Liberty Central is conveniently located near the beach and night market, and a walkable distance from Nha Trang Center. The ocean view rooms have a great view of Nha Trang Bay. And in particular, the front desk and housekeeping staff did their best to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

Stayed here three year's ago, can not believe how much this hotel has gone down hill. The only saving grace is Mr Elvis who was there last time we stayed there and still is, he is fantastic. When we stayed last time they had the executive club which was on the second highest floor with wonderful views and service for 2 hours of free cocktails and mini buffet, free afternoon tea and breakfast, which is closed now. This is all served now on ground floor and is disappointing to say the least, service is unbelievably bad . Food is terrible music is so loud you can not sit outside and sometimes they wont allow you to sit outside even if no one is sitting there. We were on the 17 floor and could not sleep because the music was so loud till 11-30pm every night on the ground floor asked could they turn down the music at 10-30pm to no avail, totally unacceptable . Since we were there the rooftop bar has been closed for 12 months. I do not recommend this hotel

Staff is excellent and very friendly. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The private beach is an easy 3 minute walk with chairs, umbrella, and towel service. The included breakfast has large choices between Vietnam and Western dishes.
