Stayed for close proximity to a music festival. New looking and nice balcony for people watching. Very nice staff. Smart use of very small place. Right by Dough Roller restaurant and close to the beach.

The property was clean good customer service and nice walking distance to beach..What I didn’t like parking was tight had to park on st..The property 1 out of 10 I’ll give a 10

It was my first stay in Ocean City MD and I am glad we chose Beach Bum Inn. Check in was a breeze, parking is very compact and I had a bit of an issue parking because the way another car was parked but they immediately solved the problem! Room was clean and simple. Our neighbors were nice and quiet everyone seemed to obey the property rules. Literally right across the street we were on the boardwalk/beach and if you go the opposite direction of the beach no more than a 5 minute walk there was a 24hr convenience store and the pier/bay! PERFECT location!!! Next time we visit Maryland we will definitely be staying here again!

Nice little place to stay! Room was small but not a big deal. Parking was a bit tight, but there was a spot and that was the important part. Staff was very nice and got us checked right in and right out! Room was decorated cute!

walls are paper thin, more cars than parking spots, pool is a bath tub not big at all. but was a great stay and really close to the beach. staff was super nice! would definitely stay again.

I didn’t realize I would be on the 3rd floor with no elevator. I have breathing problems and it made it difficult to go up and down. They were unable to move me to a 1st floor. The front desk staff were very helpful and helped carry my stuff up.

The staff was very accommodating. They were friendly and gave a true smile I was traveling with an older lady, wish I would have known prior to getting there that we were on the third floor. She really struggled getting in up to the room. Next time I will do my reservation by phone. The stay was wonderful!!

The staff were very kind but the pictures were quite misleading online, the blankets on the bed gave us the ick.. and the only thing in the room is a mini fridge and ours did not work and had an awful smell. The outside of the building is cute but the rooms not so much. Perks are very close to boardwalk and beach! Definitely felt like it was “ok” just way over priced for what it has to offer.

While it is definitely an older building the room was extremely clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but its Ocean City so I was mostly out and about. The location couldn’t be more perfect! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return!

Wonderful staff, very friendly went out of there way to get a friend of ours last minute trip to get them by us, rooms are very clean very close to everything, really couldn't ask for anything better, will be returning to the Beach Bum!!!!

Breakfast consists of jimmy dean microwave sandwiches and cereal or oatmeal. Beds were very comfy but the pillows we absolutely garbage. Room was nice and staff were very friendly. Overall a good experience but went out to breakfast instead.

Every one was very kind very easy to check in and even allowed us to check in early and stay parked for a couple hours after check out would go again!
