The room was spacious and offered the kitchen area as well that was fully furnished. Very clean and comfortable.

No water in the building. Can’t flush toilet. Can’t shower. I called you hotels.com and explained the issue and you asked me to spend money and book another hotel instead of helping me get out of that terrible situation. You said the hotel can’t guarantee my refund. You are both very stupid!
Also I saw a small roach in the bath tub. No water. Just roaches!

No running water for our stay. They were trying to get it fixed but we’re not able to. No breakfast served the next morning apparently due to the lack of water.

Very hard to get to hotel, not their fault due to construction. Had to change rooms because room door was jammed up and coukd hardly get it to it. Bad smell in room as well. Plus someone’s dog barking, evidently left alone. Normallly do not stay at pet friendly hotels due to uncontrolled pets annoying other guests. Morning breakfast was weak, excuse was we were there on weekend. So travelers should be aware you can’t get anything decent if you stay here weekends. What they did have was old and cold. No coffee either, sorry we ran out. Would not choose this place again

The room was nice and clean but the fire alarm went off twice, first at 4.30am and then at 5.30am and at around 10 am housekeeping knocked on the door. That ruined the whole day, I was really tired.

Loved the kitchenette with silverware, plates, cups, microwave, fridge, range!

Interstate 10 is under construction and so is the service road (May 2024).
Layout of hotel is unusual.

There was no night light in the room. I had to "rig" a small lamp and block the light from shining on the bed so we could have light if we needed get up during the night.
There was only one small trash can in the entire suite. It was under the sink in the kitchen. Definitely needed one in the bathroom area. Daily cleaning not available -- only every third day. I don't recall seeing that when we made reservations or checked in. At least I was able to get fresh towels. Nice property, good breakfast, but these small improvements would have made the stay more enjoyable.
