The hotel was nice and modern, however, our room and the hallways were not vacuumed. There was hair in the sink, shower, toilet, floor and door handle. I had to clean before taking a shower. The hallways as well were not clean. The bed was good and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

This is a very streamlined and fun hotel with bright colors and an open feeling. The staff were amazing and I loved the whole atmosphere of the place. It was perfect for what I needed.

Nice hotel in pristine condition. Shops and eateries are within walking distance but we did not care to venture through the crosswalk to the Maine Mall after dark. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast offered a pretty decent selection. I would come again only if I could get a room opposite the I/95 side of the building. The traffic noise was pretty unbearable on a Friday evening until about 11PM.

Stayed for 6 nights. First night was in room next to interstate so no sleep. Moved across the hall. Supposed to clean room every other day. They didn’t clean the entire 5 days/nights. Pillows were like pancakes.

Great hotel. Staff was so nice and helpful. Only ding is the pillows are thin and no fluff. But we just asked for extra and doubled up.

Rooms spotless and functional, staff friendly, well located for the Mall and the Airport. Only criticism is that the rooms overlooking the highway are LOUD. So much so that I checked more than once if my window was open but no, it was just very loud. My tip is to bring earplugs or request a room not facing the highway.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, would have been a great stay if there wouldn't have been a left over condom wrapper in the room that wasn't cleaned up.

Overall good stay, nice facility. Two small things in room, room was clean, but had 2 dirty air conditioning vents left on floor, along with an extra long table on its side, like it was being stored. We set it down on its feet so it wouldn’t fall, but then didn’t have walking space at side of bed. Breakfast had a lot of choices to meet everyone’s needs.

I am incredibly disappointed with this hotel. Our flights were rerouted, canceled, rescheduled etc causing connection issues to our last destination because of weather and plane malfunctions. By the time I was able to get off our flight and call the hotel they said they were unable to help us. This was completely out of our control and there was nothing we could do to prevent this. The hotel was insensitive and not understanding to what was an awful start to our vacation. They wouldn’t offer a credit, scheduling another night, or refund which is absurd since they had available rooms. Just so sad that customer service at a Hilton hotel was so poor and didn’t have the time of day to help our family.
