I was impressed with this hotel. It felt luxurious and the staff was mostly very friendly. The one bedroom suite was spacious and clean, comfy sofa, bed and pillows were wonderful, bathroom mirror had a tv inside it which was fun. Location wise it was a 3-5 minute walk to the convention center, arch, and stadium. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service and friendly faces! Room was nice with a huge bathtub. Downtown St. Louis is an interesting place ... but this spot made it easy to walk to spots to eat, the Arch and even the ball park. I'd stay here again!

We chose this hotel based on location of proximity to the venue we went to and the reviews. We were very impressed with the hospitality of the staff as well as the amenities in the room, decor, and overall atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was beautiful but upkeep and housekeeping lacking. The carpet in the room was old and somewhat worn. There was a bottle cap in the room from previous occupant and trash not empitied after first night there

This is typically my favorite hotel in St. Louis. Our check-in was fast, but not as friendly as we are used to at this hotel. We were given an accessible room (not what we requested) and missed out on the tub/shower that I enjoy so much at this hotel. The make-up mirror and bidet remote did not have batteries so we were unable to use them. The friendliest face we saw was on our way out and the gentleman helping travelers get into their cars made our day! Not the top-notch experience that I am used to at this hotel.

The Hotel St. Louis was an extremely nice property. Very small rooftop pool that didn't bother me at all..nice shape of pool and a nice view. The staff were very friendly and helpful..5 stars to them!!
The hotel has an adjoining spa that was closed on Saturday and Sunday due to a lack of workers. But I was informed the matter was being addressed.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. We did have a service issue at the bar (no bartender and then whoever served us couldn't figure out how to check us out). The area around the hotel is dilapidated and raises safety concerns.
The bartender we had later in the day, named Troy, was excellent. Super friendly and helpful. 5 stars for Troy!

We came in to go to a baseball game. The hotel was really nice and in walking distance to the stadium. The building next door is unfortunately under construction which made the area slightly less desirable, but I would stay here again

I’ve been to St.Louis a number of times and this hotel is by far the best. Definitely will be where I would stay when I come back

The staff and the property were amazing. We loved them and they treated us like family. There were some sketchy things around the hotel, but unfortunately, nothing you won't see in a larger city. Not the hotel's fault for sure. Would stay there again.

The staff that greets you were wonderful. The place is very interesting. Lots of cool stuff going on at this place. However, that couldn’t overcome the experience. It was difficult to get drinks. The outside view is atrocious. The billing department is worse. The room was paid for already but they still charged us $100 up front (ok, we’ll get that back ) When we received our invoice, we were charged $50.40 for valet that we DIDN’T use. We were then charged another $100 on checkout and another $100 a couple hours later. We still have $200 on hold and the third $100 over drafted our credit card! Ridiculous. We could never stay there again.
