We tried to leave luggage there overnight while we went to a different city but they were very uncooperative and unhelpful, argumentative and made it sound like if we left it there they almost wouldn't guarantee that it would be there when we got back. Also, when I first got there they couldn't seem to find my reservation. It was very noisy from the street till about 1:00 in the morning. The pillows were awful and the twin bed basically had a hole in the middle of it so it couldn't be slept in which made us have to crowd together in a different bed.

Location is reasonable - Less than 10-min walk to Mirabelle Gardens and then couple more to the bridges across the river to the old town, and a 3 or 4 minute walk to the main train station, so quite easy to reach from the airport (via Bus Line 2)
Petrol station across the road had groceries & drinks to buy when returning to the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!!!! Everything about this place was a disaster! Although it's pretty close to the train central station , it is very hard to find as the entrance it's hidden and basically a whole in a wall. Upon arrival I was met with a receptionist which was speaking on his personal phone the WHOLE time he was talking to me! UNACCEPTABLE- I asked to leave my suitcase there since check in was not until 2:00pm and he walked me to a little corner in the lunch area to leave my belongings - NO LOCK ! NO CLOSET! NO SECURITY! I decided i was not going to do that and left again with my belongings. After check in they asked for me to fill in a form for "city tax" purposes and insisted i wrote down my passport number and other personal info - I said no to sharing my passport number because i was not comfortable doing so , and so we had a little argument. But finally they left me alone and I didn't have to provide that . (Which I thought was weird) - the room was a mess- the fan was broken, the bathroom door did not close - the soap dispenser was broken . Everything was a mess . The breakfast was okay - coffee tasted like water though and the milk was bad. Overall do not stay here - its very different than the photos - do your research on google first I didn't and because of that i didn't have a good experience.

Do not stay at this hotel. The staff put in no effort towards the guests. It was very hot during our stay (no ac in room) and the fan was broken, replacement wasn't provided. The bed was broken down. We slid down into the headboard and towards the middle of the mattress as we slept. The entrance is gated and a key is needed to release the arm, so it takes multiple steps to get into the parking. Busy, noisy area. The breakfast room had boxes of facial tissue on the tables for napkins. Do not stay at this hotel!

Do not stay at this hotel. The staff put in no effort towards the guests. It was very hot during our stay (no ac in room) and the fan was broken, replacement wasn't provided. The bed was broken down. We slid down into the headboard and towards the middle of the mattress as we slept. The entrance is gated and a key is needed to release the arm, so it takes multiple steps to get into the parking. Busy, noisy area. The breakfast room had boxes of facial tissue on the tables for napkins. Do not stay at this hotel!

Our room smelled like chemicals and the floor was sticky. We tried to see about changing rooms, but no one was there after we checked in that evening. We were supposed to stay 3 nights. We stayed one night and then checked out to go to another hotel down the street. We had to pay for the next two nights because it was not refundable. The “family room” was very small.

It was WAY too hot in the room with no AC and the windows barely opened a tiny crack. The sheets were like sandpaper. The mattresses super uncomfortable. The pillows like a sack of potatoes and the room was tiny. The breakfast buffet was pathetic with almost zero options and the staff overcharged me for taxes and parking based on what was listed on Expedia. We knew about 1 hour into our arrival that we would not be staying here if we could find ANY other options. Thankfully we found something MUCH better and for less money per night. Should have read the other reviews and stayed away. We’ll know better next time…

The location is convenient as close to main train station but the entrance is a bit hard to aware. The breakfast is ok. No air conditioner but there is an electric fan at the ceiling, so not very hot in the room.

Found it through an alley and you could get into building with talking up someone on an intercom or something. Can’t speak for inside - but the location and condition were so deplorable we just walked away. booked somewhere else. Didn’t feel safe with family. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Perfect location to train station and if going on tours. Everything walkable. It’s situated next to a gas stratosphere locals tend to hang out all night. Noisy but I don’t mind noise.

Hotel breakfast was good, but seating was limited. In our room, one of the windows wouldn’t open, but thankfully there was a ceiling fan. Front desk workers/breakfast employees were very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

Convenient, about 5 minutes walk to Salzburg Hbf, Hotel is besides gas station and on second level, need to walk up the stairs. if luggage is not too heavy is alright after a few steps up is flat you can rest before continuing up.

The staff were very kind and allowed us to leave luggage after our check out time. The area is convenient and close to the train but is behind a gas station and not clean. The floors are a bit sticky and the windows do not have screens on them. We tried not to spend much time there.

This property is in a good location but with not having air conditioning and having to have the window open, it was noisy all night. It was small but clean. Unfortunately, I only found someone at the front desk once the whole 3 night we stayed. I would choose another place if I were to return to Salzburg.
