Great hotel for family while visiting Salzburg area. The hotel is really nice, the staff very friendly and rooms are spacious and clean. There is free parking, but also a bus to town. I would recommend getting a car to visit the area around Salzburg like ice caves and salt mines. The breakfast spread has lots of variety and the food is very delicious.

Outdoor parking is difficult (there's spaces for 15 cars or so, but very tight. Not optimal for anything larger than a mid-size sedan or small SUV) based on the set up; not sure how the parking garage is.

We stayed two adults and two kids aged 3 and 5 for a single night. We got a room with two stories, where the main floor was like a "normal" but spacious hotel room. Upstairs there were two single beds for the kids. Quality of interior and finishes was very good and well above the usual hotel standard. The balcony was spacious and clean, and the view to the mountains was beautiful. The only downside for some would be the steep staircase. Our kids are used to stairs, but I imagine many small kids (and parents!) wouldn't be comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely great - one of the best I have ever had, and with choices exactly to my taste. There weren't many hot options but the grilled vegetables were delicious. Overall the quality of food was very good. The selection of sweets was huge with around 5 or 6 cakes and around three mousses. The basement holds a fun playroom with airhochey, foosball, and much more, all free of charge. I will warmly recommend to stay here if a very central location isn't required.

The property is good. Just be mindful that its preferable to have your car when you are staying here. Although there is a bus right outside the hotem, it does not go to the railway station. So its more suited for guests who are renting the car. The breakfast was good and the room had a nice mountain view as well. The staff was good.Since most guests i presume would be having cars, also bear in mind that there is no option / provision for the hotel to store your luggage. One has to take the luggage on check out.

Breakfast was excellent. I want to go back just to have more. I loved the location just outside the city in a quiet beautiful setting with mountain views and only the sound of birds. Great for exploring on bike, but also fine using public transport.

Very clean and close to airport without airport prices. Nothing nearby so you'll need a car, get a bus or take a pleasant 45 minute walk to the city.

We really enjoyed our two night stay here. It’s located just outside of the city in a quiet neighborhood but is a quick bus ride into the city.(Bus stops right in front of hotel) Close to airport too. Our large, well-decorated room had a large bathroom and private balcony. Appears to have been recently updated. We had a room that accommodated up to 4. The couple who owns the hotel are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Large breakfast is included (you won’t need lunch!) Havr an on-site spa, workout room and sauna. We’d definitely stay here again.

The building that we stayed was brand new. Quiet location on the outskirts of the city. Across the street from the bus stop. Wonderful breakfast. Would definitely stay there again

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise! If it was in the City Center, it would be the best 5 star hotel in town!! Everything was excellent. In addition to a wonderful room, beds, bathroom, breakfast, and service, we liked having the free parking place and the convenient bus stop right out front for our trips into the Salzburg center. The city bus was immaculate, quiet, had electronic signage for the upcoming 3 stops and good drivers.

Delicious breakfast buffet and cute dining area. Very nice view of green valley and mountains in distance. Nearby church bells wake you at 7 to get your day going. Easy bus to downtown Salzburg. Perfectly relaxed place and low key.
