Didn’t pay until we arrived, but when asked about aarp, or veterans discount, was told I had to do that when booking. There were no pillows for person on couch, but when the desk was called, we had to go down and get them. ( after walking all day at six flags, this was very inconvenient). The room was said to be handicapped accessible but that, evidently, is just having a wall bar in the shower. The toilet was so low, we had to help my husband to get up off of it.

Old outdated dusty trash cans was full of trash you can hear water running thru the pipes behind the bed I’m assuming if not creatures living in the walls people above us stomping around 2am beds was squeaking really got no sleep

The lobby and hallways smelled musty but overall it was a good stay. We were there for the Rangers game. The guy at the front desk was friendly and breakfast was good.

The furniture needs replacement. The bathroom roof is peeling off and near bath sink the wall was in very bad shape.

It was quiet. Private and nice. Only thing I would change is the pillows on the bed was to thin and flat. Hallways and elevator need better air conditioner. Over all it was great and staff was amazing

The towels had ripping holes and the carpets were gross. I’ve never written a bad review but this hotel had a 8.2 rating and I expected cleaner rooms.

Property had closed pool and fitness center, couple leaks in hallways. Previous water damage was not delt with well on window and might be a mold growing on bathroom door.

GREAT LOCATION! Lots of fun stuff in that area, and I felt safe parking and coming in late. The hotel lobby is really nice with a great staff. Clean towels in fancy form. Pet friendly!
MY ONLY COMPLAINT is the room I was in was pretty banged up - numerous black marks on every wall, and the box spring had what looked like blood smeared on it.
I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN FOR SURE, but will request a better room.
