Stayed one night and it was fine. The bed was comfortable and friendly Jermaine assisted when needed. Quiet, clean, and bath was fine too.

Stayed in the single room at the front of the house. It’s reasonable value for money without being stunning. Small but comfortable room, a bit battered and faded and clean in the obvious places (but not under or on top of furniture - it’s obviously a high traffic room and needs a deep clean. Polish builders left their room loudly at 5.30am so expect everyone was woken up. The doors have locks that don’t have a quiet way to close them, so lots of slamming. It was an OK visit, I got some sleep, but might try somewhere different next time.

Check in was so easy.you get a code to grab door key from safe. The room we stayed in was clean. Shower drain needed unblocking as water was draining painfully slowly. Shops are close by and bus stops too.

the room was clean but the lamanet flooring was damaged and covered up with a rug. no one on site to speak to and when I went down for breakfast there was a sign on door that said breakfast was not included on weekend stays unless paid for. Cameras were there to catch anyone from having breakfast that didn't pay. even though my booking said I had breakfast there was cereal only. but no milk. No one on site to speak to. Did contact them via text to say about the breakfast.

Room was very small ,room 5 is a no go if you over 5 foot tall. Breakfast is as much toast thats there!! Nothing hot or cooked! No staff for help or welcome. Bad signage to find place. Not clever !!! Shame

The check-in process was smooth, a little awkward on my side because I didn't read the email 🙄, the room was very clean and tidy, and the bed was big and comfortable, the only down side was using a shared bathroom but it was spacious and clean. I would book a stay there again.

I had to telephone to be told about a key safe of the outside wall and a code for the bedroom in order to gain access to the house and room. To leave at 8 a.m. on the next morning I again had to telephone for instructions on how to check out in the absence of anybody to ask on the premises. I would probably like to stay here again, if they would have me after this review, and would be less shocked by the unusual access and departure arrangements. I am a frequent user of Hotels.com accommodation and have never come across anything like this before.

Value for money accomodation, first class friendly service within easy reach of main town shops and train and bus travel. Will definitely book again.

Would not recommend, will not revisit. Room needed a clean. Someone else's jacket still in wardrobe, two empty shoe boxes in another wardrobe. Not the fault of the hotel, but other guests decided to go to work/have party not sure at 2:45 for an hour, lots of door slamming, shouting etc. No hotel employee available at checkout (8:45am) and had to slide key code under reception door.bed side lights were wired in with unprotected block connectors in the wardrobes, fridge plugged in to an unsecured extention lead, shared bathroom. Broken sink in the room, with a helpful "out of service!" message above it.
