Not the greatest experience. Needed a good nights sleep for a busy next day. The floor would have felt the same as the bed. Like sleeping on a box spring. The heating system was all over. Warm until over the set temp then blew cold until heat kicked in again
Going back to Marriott or Hampton Inn

Nice hotel- clean and modern. Needed to be near JMu for games. Door slams hard and no vent in bathrooms. Otherwise good stay with tea and coffee at front which I always appreciate.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Found another Tru to stay in the next night. Loved the water gift in a bag. Beautiful! Breakfast was terrific. Price was excellent

Overall the hotel was nice and staff was friendly, but a couple of issues:
1. I requested a microwave and they said they’d provide it. I reminded them twice but never received it so had to go to the lobby multiple times to reheat food for my kids.
2. The TV kept turning off by itself after a few minutes and I mentioned this to them they gave a couple of diagnostic suggestions but they didn’t work. So we weren’t able to enjoy the TV our entire 3 days and nights.
3. The blackout blinds kept rubbing and getting stuck on the track. I think either the blinds or track were installed incorrectly. We had to open and close them each evening and morning and one of us has to make sure the blinds didn’t get stuck on the track; this was especially annoying.

This is a new hotel: clean trendy, eco friendly. The room was small. Big enough for a king size bed, but enough space for one person to walk around it. So for those with a baby - it's not enough room to set up a basinet. I heard alarms at 6am from other rooms, as well as the semi trucks from outside.

Overall, we just needed to spend the night and get back on the road. It was good and the price was right.

This hotel is very nice, clean and in good repair. However the bed was so hard I'd wakeup during the night with my shoulders and hips hurting.

I don’t really have anything to bad to say except please for the love of god GET NEW PILLOWS. They’re honestly horrible. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that had such lack of care to something so easy as this. And if there is a king size bed two pillow is just ridiculous and quite frankly pathetic. If you stay here bring your own.

Tru by Hilton never disappoints, rooms are always clean, quiet, and no odd odors. Temperature control is always good and I’ve never experienced weird dampness or humidity at a Tru location. Everything else about a hotel can be fine but if the room temp/humidity are off and there’s a funky or mildew smell, I’d rather sleep in my car tbh. The breakfast was just ok. Basic options, not great, but clean and orderly. Coffee was bland and tasteless. Other than that I really love the abundant toiletries in the shower and sink areas, including hand soap, hand, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner that all have a lemon sugar scent. That’s a huge help when you’re tired and just want to hop in for a hot shower and everything is there waiting for you.

Overall, my stay was good. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in had a hissing sound that I assume was coming from A/C. The noise made it difficult to sleep.

Nice place. Clean and a friendly staff. Good breakfast but the coffee could put hair on your chest,lol. Only thing I missed was a microwave and coffee maker in room. Definitely would still stay here again.
