A good stay for a business trip. Fast elevators and room service. The Stinger environment was quite lively and its staff amazing. Housekeeping could do a much better job with cleaning and restocking items.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My in-room dining experience was a special treat. The food was delicious. I can't wait until my next visit there.

Great location, looks good. Friendly staff. No mirrors in the room other than the bathroom was a negative. Would have liked a refrigerator in the room.

This was not a 5 star hotel. So if you are looking for 5 star luxury this is not the hotel for you.

Excellent hotel with nice facilities and decent size rooms (we went for the bigger corner suite)
Good amenities and well maintained. Great for theatre district and Broadway.

The front desk staff was very professional and polite, not so much for the restaurant staff.
I guess they were full, because we were not given enough towels daily.

The bed is horribly hard and the pillows are flat. Had to use three pillows. The subway is right underneath and you can hear it all night long. Be careful they charge you $35 per day and try to sell it by saying you have $25/ day to use in credits with it. However a water bottle is $12. Insane. Never staying there again.

My room was not properly prepared. The box of Kleenex was completely wet. The mini bar was missing bottles of water. Curtains were missing. Side of the lower part of the bed was dirty. Rooms need remodeling.
