Nice and tidy

The only reason I am giving this hotel a 4 star review is because a homeless person was allowed in this morning to get 4 coffees. I paid $200 to stay here and would like to feel safer.

Staff was excellent, Elizabeth the manager made the whole check-in experience perfect. She answered all questions with a smile. Great!

Imagine you get to your hotel, tired and ready to rest, and the elevators are not working properly so you have to wait for the one that's still kinda functioning along with everyone else waiting in a limited space. When you finally get on the one elevator working, it takes you to the wrong floor and keeps skipping the floor your need. Then, eventually, you get to your room and it's extremely hot and then you have to wait for what it seems forever for it to cool down. They are trying to be efficient so the part of lights don't work unless you stick your room key in an insert. You try to sleep but it's noisy and the walls are thin. You wake up early and you look forward to breakfast only to find out it's very limited and very crowded already at 7:30am. The food from the selection is gross to say the least so you grab the edible slices of bread. The staff seems unhappy to be there so of course they are unfriendly and inconsiderate.

The room was larg, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and polite as well as knowledgeable. They even told us the restaurant in the parking lot was good when we asked. They were right. Delicious!!!

Friendly staff and We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet. Our only complaint was the elevators weren’t working properly and we we’re on the fourth floor.

Our expectations of this hotel were high. We arrived 2 hours after regular check in time but our room was not ready. No reason given. When we asked how long it will take, we were told just to wait. Yes, we were very frustrated. Other wise, the hotel was very clean, room spacious.
