Nice location, busy street on Gran Via. Front desk were helpful. Bathroom drain in shower was broken. Rooms were clean enough for sure and convenient for a family of 4 with two rooms. Pool area didn’t look so clean.

The hotel was great! Reception wasn’t the best. But made up for at the breakfast restaurant, all the best were superstars there. Would maybe be back, but definitely need a more friendly reception staff.

Got the metro from the airport 28 mins it took. Used the Grand Via exit at Plazza de España we were right at the front door of the hotel .

Loved everything about the place. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Rooms very clean. All the mains sights of Madrid were close by. Roof top plunge pool great after a day of sightseeing.

Lovely clean hotel with very nice staff. Only a couple of down points: - only 1 lift was working our entire stay which meant some long wait times as hotel was fully booked (they did however have engineers working on it) - the rooms could be better sound proofed (quite noisy from the street etc - we were on 6th floor) - the shelving in the bathroom opposite the toilet is a bit of a hazard if your tall - was lovely having the plunge pool and bar area but they are very limited for space around it (not sunbed just cushioned chairs etc)

This is a wonderfully central hotel and very walkable to many sites. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. Beautiful (but small) rooftop bar/pool area- not much seating but the delicious mojitos made up for it :) Our room was fairly clean except a few boogers on the wall and one on the blanket that we noticed as we were leaving. There was also a rotten apple underneath the shelving that I could see from the other side of the room. So housekeeping could do a slightly better job but overall it was clean. The hotel was able to hold our bags for us until our room was ready and got a whatsapp message when it was ready, slightly earlier than check-in. Would stay here again!

Excellent location, super easy to catch all modes of transport, walkable, loads of areas to explore and lots of great restaurants. When we initially arrived the air conditioning wasn't working but they got it working by the next day. The room was nice and clean but the next day we found one of the face cloths on the floor by the made-up bed where we didn't leave it. It was sufficient for the length of stay and the roof-top bar/patio was super cool but drinks were very expensive. The lobby staff were very friendly and accommodating and very nice to deal with.

This hotel is its unbeatable location, with the subway station conveniently located right outside the door. This made it incredibly easy for me to explore the city and get around with ease. Additionally, the surrounding area felt incredibly safe, providing peace of mind during my travels. So many shopping options nearby and a wide variety of dining choices right at your doorstep, there was never a shortage of things to see and taste during my stay. The only minor downside was the overpowering air freshener in the elevator lobby. Omg! it was terrible waiting for the elevator.

Each hotel is free to set its own prices and what is included and not. In this case the hotel chose not to include breakfast which I find disturbing, but ok as I simply just add the fee to get a fair comparison when deciding between various hotels. Upon check-in I was again informed that breakfast was not included but available for an extra charge and that I had to preorder/make a reservation. As soon as I came into the room I went to the breakfast reservation page only to find that first available slot was after 930!!! Breakfast is by far the most important meal of the day and not having breakfast totally ruins the day. It doesn't matter if the room looked this or that way, of the pillow was soft or hard, if there was a peekaboo shower, a bath tub or rain shower or whether or not the slippers were comfy or not. Without breakfast the entire stay was totally useless. In the end I’m glad I wasn’t charged 20 Euros for the non existing breakfast. Will have to think more carefully before choosing my next hotel.
