Overall the property area in pleasant and staff is very kind. However there is currently construction on the mezzanine level that connects from the bridge to the Harrem...it's unaccessible currently due to construction. There is a 5 minute walk to the Harrem..I still recommend. My stay was enjoyable and the breakfast was super nice!

Staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly Clean Room, Comfortable and well-equipped 5 -7 mins to walk for Haram highly recommend this place.

Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. Very friendly and always checked on us if we needed anything. Very efficient and always polite and courteous. The hotel is great to have someone like Shafiqul to work for them. Thank you Shafiqul for making our stay great, we will be back soon.

It's the second time I'm booking this property. Overall, the experience was super pleasant. 2 regrets comparing my first journey: - the bridge to haram was closed, accessibility was reduced - super noisy because of public works

The hotel was easily accessible to the mosque. At the time of writing this, the main gate for Tawaf is gate 79, and the Sheraton is on the newly extended side, so we mainly used gate 114, there is more space to pray and less crowded and chaotic, which we preferred. The staff were particularly friendly, and always greeted with a smile no matter what time of day it was. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but were able to leave our luggage with concierge and then check in a bit later. There is a bridge that will have access to the mosque in the future, but the building work for the mosque extension has not been completed, so this is not in operation yet. But bear in mind this the extension part and not direct access to the Kaaba. The facilities, bed and room were clean and comfortable, and I would personally stay here again.

So close to Haram. Maybe a ten min walk but once the area in front of it is complete, haram is 3 min walk at max. Great breakfast. Loved the room. Would definitely stay again
