Very, very helpful service. Candela was particularly helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was fantastic, the spot and massage was also a plus. Lovely location, lovely property looking forward to coming back.

Nice location and offered safe entrance. Liked the concept of the hotel. The room was comfortable but very musky. Complimentary water should have been offered even if it was in coffee area so guests can fill own containers. Staff fairly friendly. Overall good spot as long as at fair point value

The hotel presented a visually appealing façade and overall pleasant aesthetics. However, the auditory disturbances from within were a significant drawback. Sounds such as footsteps from the floor above, various moving noises, and the persistent banging of doors on the same and adjacent levels were quite prevalent. Conversations in the hallway and street further compounded the noise issue. The windows failed to provide adequate soundproofing, allowing the intrusive sounds of cars, trucks, garbage collection activities, and, particularly on weekends, the cacophony of street parties, including loud music from cars and party buses, to permeate the room. This made it exceedingly difficult to achieve restful sleep. Additionally, the door had gaps around its frame, allowing hallway light to filter into the room throughout the night. On a positive note, the staff were courteous and helpful, and the cleaning services were commendable.

What a great place to stay in Burgos Aries! Central to everything and else access to trains and all locations. Fernando and a great team at the front desk made it easy and welcoming throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was so friendly! About 5-10 minute walk from all the bars restaurants and boutiques. Highly recommend Duque for your stay. Unfortunately I didn’t check out their spa which I regret. But the next time I definitely won’t miss it!

El Duque Hotel and Spa is a quiet and serene bubble in a bustling city with people on the constant move. The location is sei in a neighborhood-like environment but is easy walk to Palmero shops and restaurants. I cannot say enough about the staff. Exceptional, multilingual and knowledgeable about the city. The breakfast was fantastic every single day! The chef-cook was one of the best things I will remember about my 16 day stay. Go see for yourself.

The staff was friendly, with an unexpected upgrade and flexibility with check out. Unfortunately my last hours I had hoped to use the “spa” rooftop to relax but the sauna wasn’t working and the pool was covered in floating bugs and a mini lizard at the bottom, so wasn’t the experience I hoped for. Room was very clean with magnificent views but the bed isn’t very comfortable. Great location and staff, but a few little disappointments.
