There were cockroaches in every corner of the room. Very unhealthy.

We like to stay here b/c the price is good and it’s really close to family. However, in general the bed is hard and the parking is tight. Still worth the price tho. If it we t any higher I may consider changing to some place else.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Yash moved me to a quieter room farther from the freeway when I requested it. The room itself was comfortable with a fairly new-looking bathroom. Cleanliness was overall good but the curtains and bedspread could use a refresh. The fan from the a/c sometimes had a little bit of a stale smell which would dissipate so perhaps the ducts or filters need a cleaning. I liked that I could open my window to get fresh air as needed. Overall I was very comfortable staying there. It's right around the corner from Plaza West Covina and Porto's. If you want a quiet place to study or work, the West Covina Library is very close also and looks like it has just been remodeled. It's nice and relaxing with a decent amount of tables.

The front desk guy was nice, first think I noticed walking into their front office it smelled like urine, I already knew it was not going to be good. I opened the door to the room it smelled okay. Restroom was not clean. There was hair from previous occupants everywhere as well as the ceiling of the shower. How? I have no idea there was also paper up there. Once I got to the bed I pulled covers back, little black spots on the bed sheets. I was not happy. I laid on top of the covers.. the bed was hard as a ROCK! I didn’t stay long I left by 4am from just being uncomfortable.

although the front desk staff is nice and accommodating but The slamming of doors, cleaning staff are rude and loud when cleaning rooms, slamming things and you can hear it loud and it vibrates through the walls…. will not recommend this place at all.

The staff at this location is usually friendly. There’s one younger guy that doesn’t have as much of a personality but he’s still not necessarily rude. But the older guy that works at night is super friendly and kind! Rooms are clean and overall the check in process is easy.
