Fantastic large room with comfortable bed, modern finishings, kitchenette. Very clean & quiet. I would suggest better pillows and lotion in the bathroom but maybe that was just my room.
I did need ice when I first arrived, but the single machine was not operating. There is an ice maker in the refrigerator in the room, however it would not be sufficient for our needs so we had to go to a store to get a bag.
The gym is fantastic and has multiple treadmills, bikes, weights and everything you need for a good workout.
There is a pool and a quaint outdoor seating area to chill.
Very good breakfast with typical fare (eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes/waffles, etc) but slightly elevated as compared to other hotels in this price range.
I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

Staff was on top of it, friendly. The suites had well equipped clean kitchen, lots of room . Decent bathroom, but without tub. Pool was ok. Nice looking breakfast.

Amazing! We got the 2 bedroom suite and was amazed at how perfect and comfortable everything was. Definitely worth the money!

This property was WAY nicer than expected. The room was really nice, everything worked as it should, bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. The common areas were all very clean including the breakfast area mid morning. Very impressed with the staff and hotel.

It was really nice, beautiful rooms, very clean, the gentleman at the front desk was pretty cool too. Didn’t get his name, but he had glasses and was pretty soft spoken. I’d definitely come back

The hotel and staff were great. The issue that we had was because Hotels.com didn't inform us the hotel had a pet fee that was over $100. Because the room was non-refundable, we had to pay the pet fee and stay there rather than finding another pet-friendly hotel with no such fee to stay at instead. I was very disappointed as this was not mentioned anywhere while looking on Hotels.com. I will likely be using a different service to find my hotel rooms from now on.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast options were great. They had many things to choose from. My daughter and I had a great stay and will definitely stay again.

Tired property in the affluent Woodlands market which desperately needs renovation. Poorly maintained and appears that some renovation is being planned as there was construction debris and non functional outside parking lot lights. Avoid.
