This place is amazing .. one of my husband and mine favorite Places and have visited multiple times and willl be back soon highly recommend

Got there after check in time and waiting a huge line to be told my room wasn’t ready but I could upgrade to a sweet. After I updgraded for more money I still had to wait. When I finally got the the room. It wasn’t fully clean and not fully stocked. I then was charged when leaving for the items that were never stocked. Very upset with my stay

This was the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. I was reluctant to pay the price when shopping for a place to spend the night but well worth it. Im from the middle of nowhere so the quietness from my room was nice as well. I usaully don't sleep well around the city.

Have only stayed at Encore in Vegas and it was SO MUCH BETTER. Very limited food options outside of the casino in Boston & no ability to bring a wine glass up to the room. ?!?! Seaport is their premier seafood restaurant and the oysters were not cleaned properly / gritty. Overall super disappointed with Encore Boston - expensive & not as good as vegas for the $$.

Shower drained too slow. All staff very friendly and helpful except for one woman at the hotel Casino Rewards desk. She was not friendly or helpful at all....dare I say "rude"?

Absolutely beautiful room! Every detail was considered. As an Interior Designer myself, I appreciated the beauty and furnishings. The staff was over the top friendly. We had an abundance of food choices. It was a lovely stay.
