Good but little bit noises in early morning

It’s directly across from a self storage and Tractor Supply so forget about a view. Full little kitchenett. A fridge, electric cook top and microwave. Lots of cupboards, empty cupboards. Why have a stove without any pots or pans. Not even a dish scrubber or paper towel. At 4am the people above decided to river dance or do construction, something. We tried to get some help at 10:30 pm & 4am with no success. Sign in the room says any non-emergency needs would be handled in the morning when the office reopened. Couldn’t get the WiFi going so we tried calling Tech support as instructed. No answer. Might be a fine establishment for executive in town but so not for a couple on a weekend getaway. 2 small bath towels and 2 wash cloths. Couldn’t get more since there was no help when we attempted to call the desk. Very disappointed!!

Basic style and price point. Reminds me of a college dorm. One and only elevator out of service. Hallways appear to not been vacuumed for over a week.

I was in town for my Dad's funeral, and one thing that was critical to me was getting some sleep. When I went to bed, I turned off all of the lights. About 45 minutes later, I turned in bed and the room lights came on. It would wake me up. This went on all night. I tried to work with the light switch, but the result was the same. It doesn't help that I toss and turn while sleeping. Needless to say I got a lousy night's sleep, probably did this about 10 or 11 times the first night. I went and complained to the desk and manager but they told me the rooms are programmed that way and unless I work the switch a certain way it would continue. I was wondering, why didn't I get offered a room where the lights were progammable? The second night, it was the same thing over again. Upon check-out, I was able to talk with the hotel manager, and he was aware of my situation, and he offered me a discount on my stay which was very thoughtful and helpful for this situation. The room was nice, but the lighting issue really hurt my morale during a trying time. In an unrelated issue, this hotel is brand new, I have a suggestion. I could not find any paper towels, Kleenex, or any kind of bottle opener in the room. Perhaps there is a way to permanently install a bottle opener on the wall? I want to thank Robert the manager for at least offering and getting me the discount for my room. Things could have been better if I wasn't so beat from lack of sleep. It's a new hotel, work out the bugs.

Paid in full for 7 nights $487.00 taxes included. Paid on the 16th. The week before paid $487.00 taxes included for 7 nights. On the 11th I was paid in full I get a call from New corporate manager and notified me that I had to come up with $300.00 for back taxes I told the new manager that is what the last manager that they had let go the previous week always charged and also hotels.com charged, I told him at 8pm I didn’t have the money for this unethical act. I am on a weekly budget and would try to get the funds I did not have. I got no sleep for over 48 hours trying to get the unexpected rate changes. My wife and service dog were told to leave and could not get our personal belongings but if we had our medications. We had money no food and had to sleep on the street. I’m very upset and embarrassed.

The hotel was great and clean, a plus with a full size refrigerator and stove top . the only two things missing were face towels and you had to go down to the front counter for the iron and ironing board. shopping all around in walking distance and all the food courts you need and plenty of choices.

It was lovely quiet and thankfully quick the front staff was so amazing and helpful I needed to go to the police department and they got me right to them they were right down the street.

My only complain would be the blinds. Too much outside light , comes into the room . Other than that beautiful property.

We had a late check in. When we got there the front desk had a sign saying back in 10 minutes and no one came back for 40 minutes. Unacceptable

The property is great, clean and brand new. I will say maybe to clean with some a little less strong or dilute the cleaning solvent. I will also add that its a but weird that u have a stove top and not pots, pans, or utensils. Sensor in the rest room need better timing, a shower in the dark is interesting as the light kept turning off the light. I was a little bummed the property over book and i had to be down graded to a Queen bed instead or the King i reserved.Other than that out over night stay was great.

Check in took 45 minutes. Can’t get any rest. 3:30 AM guys outside the hotel talking and being noisy, loading trucks how can you sleep?

Great new and clean hotel. It is well appointed with friendly staff. We were surprised and impressed by the condition of the property being the low rate of the room. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was great. The only thing I didnt like was that there was a $100 deposit fee that I was not aware of until I arrived.

The property was new and clean. Like the full sized fridge and kitchenette.... but no ice machine?? There were 2 ice cube trays in the freezer and that's all you get. Laundry is cashless except buying laundry soap so bring a credit card! I'm used to having a coffee maker in room as well and there was none. That being said, it is a nice hotel and would consider staying again if in the area.

No Internet. Front desk said they couldnt do anything about it. When we entered the Room, it had trash on the floors and empty beer bottles under bed.

We have been absolutely thrilled with Woodspring Suites this place is brand-new everything & the hotel staff has been kind and so helpful our stay has been truly 5 stars plus the price is terrific. they just can't be beat.it has been just such a above and beyond vibe here and we have sadly had too many frustrated overcharged past disappointed stays at other motels but We finally are so pleased with Woodspring that we have spread the word about the 5-star stay here !we will gladly be using Woodspring for our future hotel needs and definitely referring anyone who wants a hotel that is just as a hotel and its staff should be!! Amazing!!!
