We loved the staff, pool and breakfast at this hotel but there were a couple of things that were disappointing about our stay and therefore we would not stay again. The property and SUPERIOR room were advertised as having air conditioning. However the aircon was not working at all, it was stifling. When I complained to reception about the aircon not working the receptionist said its normal as it doesn't work. We were not offered a change of room nor a fan. The weather was 28 degrees in May, and as we were on the top floor the room was unbearable. We had to sleep with the windows open and of course, being on a main road meant that the noise was constant through the night so we barely slept. I cant imagine what it will be like in July and August. I booked this hotel for the amenities it advertised (aircon!).

I booked this hotel for my mother from the USA. As you can see in their advertisements on different websites it has a pool and sauna. However, they requested an extra charge for using these amenities. Moreover, they gave her a much smaller room on a lower floor and she was told that the upper floor needs an extra charge. The hotel is not soundproof, near the highway with regular windows and thin walls. She ended up paying more to move to another room. It seems that the hotel has also two different lobbies and two different arms and based on your ethnicity they decide which part of the hotel you can be accommodated in.

I Have been to Yerevan multiple times and this hotel is definitely the best especially for its price. Everything was near by, the reception were very helpful, the cleanliness by housekeeping everyday was perfect. Suren especially was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Ani Central’s front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition—and even had a view of Mount Ararat. The only less than satisfactory aspect was the breakfast buffet, which was not served from heated trays. This meant that no matter what time I got to the dining room, the food was cold.

Hotel silachi is the best hotel for every one who would like to has best holiday in yerevan

Everything at the hotel was great. Location, cleanliness, room size, and staff was very helpful. The only drawback was the breakfast. It just was not good for a 4 star hotel, quality and variety.

Plus: 1. Hotel staff were extremely helpful in recommending excursions, details about Yerevan, and anything related to my stay. 2. Ani, one of the receptionists at the front desk, is exceptional in assisting with any detail. She made my stay a very pleasant one. 3. Hotel is well situated, about 10-15 minutes from Republic Square. 4. The room and bed were outstanding, with a nice layout. 5. Desk staff speak passable English. 6. Hotel has a nice pool. 7. WiFi signal is strong; I had no problems getting online during my stay. Negatives: 1. There are no restaurants close to the hotel, requiring a walk towards Republic Square for a place to eat. 2. Breakfast items are Armenian, which took me a few days to get used to. 3. Hotel has no restaurant, other than for breakfast. Overall: Stay was excellent. I'd stay at this hotel in the future.

Dirty hotel, rude staff, elevator kept breaking down, stuff went missing from our room, ran after our taxi to stop us after checkout to charge for a 0.60$ water bottle cuz they forgot. Wifi WEAK all over hotel. Would't let us check-in even 30 minutes earlier even though the hotel was 70% empty , so my pregnant wife had to sit in the lobby to rest.
