My one disappointment was with the breakfast. The hot food items were not enjoyable at all (I wish establishments would stop using powdered eggs) and the sausages were essentially hockey pucks. They had oranges out but that was it for fresh fruit.
The hotel was very stark. They were going for a modern look I’m sure but it looks and feels very cold. All the table tops were bare and it definitely not somewhere I would want to send any time.
Our room was comfortable and large enough for a family of 6. I didn’t see any issue with cleanliness, which is a big plus. My kids enjoyed the pool as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would likely stay again.

I came in town for the National Dog Show. This is my favorite property in the area, I will continue to book here in the future. The rooms and service are exceptional.

Over the course of our trip the maids never cleaned our room, we requested clean towels from the maid and was told no, asked for the shower gels to be filled, they were empty, it never happened, had to repeatedly ask for toilet paper as very little was in the room. Hotel stayed on line they had room service and restaurant and they did not. Very unprofessional

Not bad overall! There were a lot of little things that added up but the breakfast saved our experience. It lists hot tub yet there isn’t one so I’m not sure how the website showed there was one. Our room had a smell to it and the bathroom sink was clogged. The hallways were really hot along with the elevators. Like mentioned before, the breakfast was really good and fresh! Overall, could’ve been better but it was doable for a night.

Whenever we’re in King of Prussia we visit Hyatt Place for a overnight get away or shopping trip. Front Desk clerks are always so nice and accommodating, especially Lawrence. He asked us if we were enjoying our stay and engaged us in polite conversation. He reminded me since I’m a member I have late checkout at 2pm. Our room was clean and the sheets smelled so good. Beds were comfortable! Firm like I prefer. Breakfast was very tasty. Certainly a home away from home.

Very close to a lot of Philadelphia area attractions. The hotel is modern with so many great restaurants close by at the KOP mall which is a 2 minute drive. Our room was clean, fresh and had everything we needed. Thanks to the amazing staff we had a great stay.
