Looks like the cleaning staff helped themselves to my luggage and stole my shoes. After I complained to the front desk, they completely blew me off. I highly encourage anyone staying here to lock there luggage or use the safe if possible. Thievery is rampant here. No one is taking responsibility here. You have been warned.

A good location. I was double charged for the room, even after prepaying before arrival. If you don't speak Spanish, communication is a problem because on one hotel desk clerk speaks English and he worked the late night shift.

Everything was well except the lady at the front. Maybe the only lady in the reception but horrible service from her and was disrespectful. Everything else exceptional.

I liked the area around but the hotel was a big disappointment.
The entire hotel was always very cold. No heating in the room. Woke up in the night shivering and could not sleep. Talked to the front desk. Nothing was done.

Nice simple hotel, great location. Unfussy check in. Breakfast simple but adequate with enough variety for everyone.

Breakfast is delicious and there is plenty to choose from
From the front desk guys to the person who cleans and the people in the restaurant they are all extremely helpful and nice
