We had a wonderful stay at LUME- our room was lovely and the people who worked at the hotel were very helpful! The location was right on the edge of an iffy area but was super convenient to the train station and not far from the old city on foot. I would really like to give 4.5 stars, but wasn’t able to. The biggest problem we had was that the internet was really spotty. It wasn’t a huge deal for us but if we were in a situation where we needed to do work, it would be a big problem. There was also a tiny “Christmas market” (really just a couple of stands) on the corner that was blasting music every night- it was pretty loud.

my “premium” bedroom was at the -1 level, so not great. also customer service (the manager) was pretty cold with me.

The staff were rude at times and not helpful, after the second day of my stay the wifi of the hotel just stoped working with no explanation.

I was staying in Frankfurt for a few days for the 2024 Euros and wanted a really comfortable Hotel somewhere away from the crowds - the LUME Boutique Hotel was perfect.

Liked this older hotel. Walking distance to River and the old town hotel on a side street so it was quiet for a city location close to a not so safe area near train station but did not effect me in any way would stay again. Vern nice breakfast was included and staff was very nice and helpful

Great restaurant and bar with fine craft drinks. Very helpful front desk. Perfect for tradeshow or other business or vacation travel. Close to river, train station, good restaurants, shopping, etc. Hotel has a personality, unlike the huge corporate chains. Don’t worry about the “boutique” description - place has plenty of amenities in addition to charm. 2nd time there, would not hesitate to go a third time.

Staff was excellent. Rooms feel new and fresh. Excellent decor. Nicely appointed bathrooms. Quiet hotel, maybe too quiet for some, but location is excellent.
