Nice apartment

These are apartments, not a hotel. No one was at the front desk. Our room had no sheets and we had to change rooms (apartments).

Modern, up-to-date apartmanets, great lay out, lots of light anf life, convieniently located, great dining places in the same block, one small market in the same mall area and bigger grocery store near by, fantastic service by every single staffer, Rebeca is a sweetheart, and Kellyana is on top of things. I go to CR every year once year and always go to a different place, but from now own, Apartamentos Cityzen will be my Tico-Home.

This rental was top notch! Super clean and affordable. We had so much space and the bed was so comfortable! Close to the airport and very convenient! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This was the best place we stayed while in Costa Rica. It is a mini 1 bedroom apartment and was very clean and had all the up to date amenities that would be needed. We also went fishing in Quepos and needed a freezer and this apartment offered that to freeze our fish for the flight home. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in San Jose!

Enjoyed my stay at Apartamentos Cityzen, good location with easy access to convenience, pharmacy, and various food trucks and Starbucks. Clean, comfortable, and good communication from host.

Top-notch customer service in all stays. Housekeeping does a fantastic job as well to keep the apartments sparkling clean. All great!!

Check in was not easy or friendly since the reception was closed. Had to ask around call to understand the check in process. They should have a informative sign if nobody is going to be at the front desk

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay. It was difficult to get in touch with the front desk with the information provided on hotels.com, but once there, the front desk went above and beyond. Rebecca was wonderful. The area with food trucks out front is great and the hotel shuttle to the airport was convenient.

Always beyond excellent customer service in this property!!! And housekeeping does a great job to keep the place very clean!!! Great to come back here.

We had an excellent stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that it can be a little noisy if facing the street side, but overall it was a great stay. I'd come back for sure.

Outstanding customer service from Kellyana & Rebeca in every stay. I have become frequent guest at these residences thanks to this great support I always get from them. Also, the residences are quite modern & clean. Highly recommended.

The staff were friendly, and very helpful. The apartments are new, comfortable, and lovely. They are next to a cute food truck court, Starbucks, a big hotel with restaurants, and a few shops.
