Everything was good except the food service. The restaurant was without air conditioning and they just were not running it. We had our breakfast included in our paid room but had to go to a restaurant for our 3 breakfasts because the heat was unbearable at the restaurant. This is a big issue when the heat is dangerously unhealthy.

First time here and very disappointing. Room is extremely small, bathroom tiny and ridiculous shower. Bathroom filthy. Dirt on walls and tons of dirt behind bathroom door? Your feet are black when you walk on the outside patio. They only wash what they can see. The breakfast was good. The front desk was good. Long black hairs on what was suppose to be clean sheets???

The hotel looks very new. My room was very spacious and bright. Everything from the elevator to the sliding doors to my balcony to the sheets and the towels was in perfect condition. And the many women and men that worked there were super positive and helpful.
The neighborhood felt very safe even when walking alone at night. As did Veracruz center all over.
I’m going to stay a few more days when I return to Veracruz for my return flight home.
