The room I checked into and spent my first night had roaches. Although I was promptly given a new room the next morning, the manager never reached out to me. I explained to the front desk receptionist that I had food in the fridge which could not be saved due to finding a roach inside the fridge. I expected some compensation, at the very least an apology, but nothing. Just asked me to send someone down to get a new key to a different room.
I have stayed here before but will not stay again.

Just one night to see Winterfest Lights. Breakfast was good. Room comfy and very clean! Service was good by staff! Would return!

The room that my sister's and I occupied was vrey clean, and the beds were comfortable. Checking in went well and the young lady was very nice and hospitable. Moreover, breakfast was good.

The room was spacious and clean. It had a weird smell when first entering, but I think it was from the how warm and humid it was when first entering. I only stayed one night, but I would definitely book another experience here.

At check in, there was an issue with the first two rooms they tried to put me in. They eventually upgraded me to a bigger suite which didn't have the issues as the first two rooms. The upgrade was nice and I was thankful for the accommodation.

I do not believe our room was cleaned or at least not cleaned properly. They were still trash in the floor and dirt on the floors and long dark hairs on our supposedly clean fresh washcloths on the counter. And the weirdest thing is, we had to put our room key in a slot on the wall to be able to use the bathroom light. I have never stayed anywhere that required me to put our key in a slot in order to use the bathroom light. The room looked nice, but the pictures were deceiving. It was very small, but all in all it worked. I tried to upload a picture of the hair on the washcloth, but for some reason, it will not allow me to upload a photo.

This property was for the most part very clean considering how close to the beach it was. The sink in our room was clogged on check-in, however it was very promptly unclogged. The beach is literally a 5 minute walk (max) from the beach and right next to a lot of dining options that are also close by, also far enough away from the hustle and bustle from the boardwalk. Overall, very positive experience.

The hotel was clean….the breakfast was on the 2nd floor…..which I was on….so that was nice…also different….!!!
The gentleman at the desk should smile more….his energy is off… I felt it when I walked in. If you can’t deal with people in such a setting then customer service isn’t your thing. I smile even though I may not want too(as an officer) but it’s my job and no one needs your attitude all in there face when you weren’t the cause…..he was the only problem for me. The rest of the staff was great….!!!

I would recommend changing the showers and sinks to minimize the amount of water spilling but otherwise we loved our stay.....

Everything was fine, no issues and it did the job for a night. Just average place in a busy area and loud AC.
