The check-in was easy. The manager at the front desk was very nice, and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. Will most definitely stay there again.

For the price, my expectations were set accordingly. However, I have stayed for places costing 3x as much who I could compare. Some of the furniture is dated, some of the room has been updated. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Bigger than average refrigerator/freezer, room includes microwave and sink.

I've stayed at a lot of these less expensive motels along the old highway in Bend. This one is my go to. They have done a really nice job of updating the rooms, and the parking lot is very well lit. The Indian food truck in the parking lot has very good food too!

The place is older but pretty clean. Rooms are big. Water pressure was awful. The lady at the front counter was EXTREMELY RUDE. First she told me I didn’t have a reservation, then when she finally found it she literally threw a key on the counter and went back to her living area without saying a word. Due to the attitude I got from her, we will definitely not be back.

First she told me I didn’t have a reservation, then when she finally found it she literally threw a key on the counter and went back to her living area without saying a word. This was the best place we stayed during our 3 week trip! Beautiful, well decorated room, not the typical mismatched wall decor. Bathroom had very nice tile work. Comfortable bed and pillows. Very clean and quiet! It actually lived up to the rating.

The property was a nice and quiet place to sleep. The only issue was I placed my reservation 3rd party, I booked a specific room with a lower price, when I checked in we was given a smaller room than I booked, because that other room was a "much more expensive priced room", I explained the room I booked on the other site a few times, she finally called the manager and was given permission to give the room I booked originally, "but you will have to pay more next time". If you book 3rd party, screenshot or print the picture of the room you booked.

Great and affordable stay. There was an interesting smell coming into the room (maybe from the carpets) but the stay was very enjoyable and the beds very comfortable/clean. Highly recommend.

When I called the day before they told me they would have canceled my reservation should i have not called and provided a credit card !
When I arrived, the front desk was closed and it took them 20 mn to come to the lobby.... at 1:30 am, 20 minutes is a lot

We stopped at the Cascade Lodge for one night in lovely Bend Oregon. It was very easy to check in and we were even allowed in our room early! Everything was very clean and well taken care of.

Front desk man dismissive and quite rude. If it wasn’t for him I would stay again. I prefer to spend my money on places where the people make me feel welcome. I had requested 1 queen , ended up getting 2 queen room he says don’t use one of the beds. Asked why I’m getting placed in 2 queen, no response, asked about availability for additional night, couldn’t understand or chose not to.
