Ridiculous- no rooms avail Booked 2double beds 3 people Could not accommodate 2 of our people . They left and stayed else where. One person in room only. Want refund for this mess.

No restaurant at hotel. Even the cheapest hotel chains at least have coffee for guests. Employees not very friendly or helpfull.

I was not provided with house keeping for 3 days even after i requested housekeeping.

The property was very clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful. The room was fully stocked with houseware for cooking. I would definitely stay here again

Aaron at the check in counter was great. The location was great as well. There aren’t many amenities but the location makes up for it as it is super walkable. The only issue was that we found small stains on our bath towels.

This is my second time staying here and must say that beside having a TV issue (which by the way Mr. Louis took care of it to the best of his ability) it was another great stay. Mr Louis is a sweetheart and im so glad met him, he made sure that I was ok (and the staff did take care of me) so untill next time...

The property was great and the staff was awesome. They were engaging and responsive, it was one of my better stays. There is a lot of construction going on. The city needs work on the infrastructure! See you next year.

Everything was great! Staff gave us some amazing food recommendations and even allowed us to check out significantly later to attend brunch the day we were headed back to NC. We will stay here when we visit Nola in the future.

When we arrived at the hotel I double checked the details of the room with the front desk and was informed that the type of room I booked was not available. I was informed by the staff that it happens often with third party sites and that there was nothing they could do. By this point the manager came out the back and offered no additional solutions. I called Hotels.com to see what could happen since I was currently at the hotel and needed the suite. The rep at hotels.com did call the Residence on my behalf but was told the same thing. I then asked if I could just use one of my free nights for the booking and I was told no because it was booked as a pay later. I ended up being charged a night at a hotel that I did not stay at. This entire order was a huge inconvenience and a damper on my vacation! I will certainly never consider the Residence Nola again. I’m big on customer service and there was absolutely no type of assistance or understanding that was given.
