The place is clean and check in was smooth. The rooms at Tru are a bit small, OK for a short stay, but if two people plan to stay a week, get a bigger room besides the standard. The room has no closet except a bar with hangers to hang clothes, thus making a longer stay uncomfortable, unless you just bring shorts and t-shirts. The hotel scheduled trash pick up at 3 AM and our room was over the trash cans so you can hear the bangs and beeps of the truck. Really, thrash pick up at 3 AM.

For a $200 dollar a night hotel did not have accessibility to hot water or coffee for a hot drink. Nor was there a microwave to heat up liquids in room. It was lacking in a few basic hotel amenities for that price.

Clean and family and pet friendly. Beach view was kind of a stretch. If you tilted your head just right you could see the ocean.

Last minute reservation. Definitely up to the Hilton standard. Would have been perfect had the exterior windows not been so dirty, obscuring a picturesque view of the ocean.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable but the room was too small. Not enough storage. Pegs through the wall to hang clothes. A coffee maker and small microwave would have been great. Not even an ice bucket in the room.
The breakfast did not look appetizing at all. I’ve never seen sausage that color. We chose not to eat there.

I was aggravated because there was no coffee machine in the rooms and it was hard to get coffee in the lobby that was hot and the lady at the front desk was making out with her boyfriend beside the register

Room was dirty it was sold out so they couldn’t give us another room. They wouldn’t clean the room cus she was the only one working. There was tampons in the trash and blood or make up on the towels on the floor. The bed was a king and was supposed to be 2 queens I needed 2 rooms for 8 people.

We were very happy with our stay. We asked for ocean view and corner room and got exactly that. Breakfast was good but a few more choices would be nice. The facility was in a great location, clean and updated and
right accross the street from the beach. The pizza place nextdoor was very good.
