The check in process took way too long and I don’t know what the problem was.
And the TV in our room didn’t work - all it said was network not available (!!!)

Super friendly staff. The beds were so comfy and the room was well maintained and clean. This will be a regular stop on our multi state visit to family from now on.

The stay was good. Needed a room with three beds. The two beds were fine but the pull out sofa was not. It was an old coil spring pull out bed and the coils were sticking out. The bathroom and shower were good. The room did not have USB port options for phone charging.
This location offers an excellent breakfast in the morning. There were many options and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

One if the best we've stayed in. Large room. Excellent access to a pet area, which is very important to is as we travel with 2 large dogs

This was the second time I've stayed in this hotel. Check in staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. I would stay here again.

The hot continental breakfast had many options and was staffed with very friendly people.

The toilet was so low you almost needed help to get up. The hallway where the room was and the room itself smelled terribly musty. The furniture looked like it was from the 60s. The shower head was so clogged it didn't work as it should have. We will not stay here again. The staff was very blah, especially the breakfast staff.

I messed up my booking and had to call Expedia to fix the mistake. The agent was very helpful, but when the hotel had to call to verify, the agent was difficult and became rude.
The girl at the front desk, Bella, was very helpful even after becoming frustrated with Expedia. I got a room for the night and got some sleep. I would have been out in the cold if Bella hadnt been such a big help.

This was great for a 1 night stay. Check-in was easy. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was well stocked and had a variety of options.
