This hotel was amazing!!! The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating making our stay more memorable. The property is very well keep, clean and very confortable. The restaurant and bar were unbelievable delicious my favorites were ALL the Paellas and the drink named Costa del Sol. We will definitely recommend this hotel and come back for sure.

Good location but poor customer service, they gave me one of the worst room they have on the first floor; the staff attitude is ok but not friendly. Breakfast was good.

The Arena Ipanema is a great hotel, located three doors down from Ipanema Beach. The rooms are clean and bright, and the maid service is careful and thorough. The front-desk staff has speaks multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and of course Portuguese. The morning breakfast is plentiful, with lots of variety.

I was just in Rio for three days. This hotel is appropriately priced. Staff are friendly. The weight room/Jim is minimalist. The food is good. Hotel is very convenient for getting around Ipanema and Copacabana beaches

Nice roofdeck with small pool and bar/restaurant…and amazing views of the beach and mountains. Lovely spot to chill in late afternoon and enjoy sunset and a cocktail. Efficient, friendly, helpful service throughout. Short walk into town for shopping, restos and farmer’s markets. Price was very reasonable. Will definitely stay there again.

Had an awful experience with my power going out in the room. I called the front desk and they sent the maintenance person to fix it to only happen 3 more times. Got pretty frustrated as every few hours would lose power. The hotel was good other than having a room that constantly lost power and them not fixing it.

A very nice hotel in an excellent location. Has a gym, pool and bar on the top floor, all very nice. Had a very good stay here.

Nice hotel in a good location, just two blockes from Ipanema beach. Especial thanks to our chambermaid, always asking if we needed anything. Good breakfast with fresh fruits and local specialities. The water was cut one day because of works. That should have been informed to everyone.
