Staff was friendly and security was present to keep me safe. Had some construction during the day, so the pool was closed. However they offered the option of swimming at their sister building around the corner so features were still accessible

The building is located in a great area. The area is quiet and night and safe. The unit has lots of closet space if you are planning on staying here long term. I also loved that this unit came with a washer and dryer. It's very spacious. There is a supermarket at the end of the street and there are lots of restaurants close by. The pool was unavailable when I stayed here since it is being renovated but I did not need to use it. I would check with the location before booking if that is something that you really need. I stayed here for one night, but this will definitely be on my favorite's list when I go back to the Dominican Republic.

The room was ok but the fridge was not working properly and the bed didn’t have a comforter , the pool did not look clean at all mold around the borders and the area was not clean

Property is in a great location with a supermarket close by and uber easy to get to anywhere

We had a terrible experience in the check in. My wife and kids arrived a day before I did, and the reception staff would not let them in. They conceded, after a very harsh argument, and after paying an extra 120 USD. (Which luckily were reimboursed on the following day). The property is worn, not properly taken care of and in need of deep cleaning.
