We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Provence. It has a
that kind of rustic charm in appearance you would expect in a French Villa..... a little tarnish but with loads of character and so total perfection is not necessary. The owner was lovely, very accommodating when I asked for a foldout bed and a late check out. When in the Hunter Valley I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Lovely secluded section of the Hunter Valley. Villa Provence is clean and suitably fancy without being ostentatious. The outdoor sitting is beautiful to watch a sunset, the pool is kept clean and is delightful in summer.

The property is tired and old. Pillows super uncomfortable. Has potential but needs a major clean up/renovation, quite overpriced for what was on offer.

Quaint room with old style fittings and furnishings. Fairly comfortable bed. Shower head was small but good pressure. Plenty of space with balcony room. Villa was noisey though, no sound proofed walls. Grounds and lighting beautiful

The light / power switch in the bathroom was hanging off the wall making it dangerous to use. My wife would not touch it, worried about being electrocuted.

Lovely and peaceful. Pool was terrific. Staff amazing, room nice size, a liittle jaded. But very comfortable. Id stay again.

The location was great the overall property has such potential but let down with the finish. for example the pavers need cleaning would only need a gurney and the sound proofing between units.

Great location, perfect base for wine touring with so many great wineries nearby. Room was clean, comfortable and the fireplace was a nice touch for our winter getaway.

I am regretful to book this hotel and find the host not friendly and not polite at all.
- when i check in, i found that she just put her mobile on the chair and ignore my call ;
- there is no free wine provided as mentioned in tripadvisor
- the room inside is poorly decorated and small pool outside
- the lounge is so small and the sofa is very uncomfortable
- Everything included in the hotel is limited: only one microwave and two plates two cups. After using the microwave, the host blamed us make the room smelly which make me not happy at all
- The most terrible thing is that she charged me unreasonable price from my credit card after she saw my friend come to my room visit me and mentioned that her room can only allow two people to enter
Overall , i will not recommend this hotel to anybody!
