Lovely stay, very disappointed to be charged for parking on a 3 night stay worth £700. We had two cars so £90, had this reduced to £45 but feels like profiteering for the sake of it.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive and the rooms are beautifully designed and very clean. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Ideal location, short walk to the centre of York

The hotel was perfect for a couple of days away. It felt luxurious and cosy. Lovely staff. Great facilities. High quality breakfast. Nice location for walking into city. Would stay here every time if i have the choice

Beautiful property walking distance to a lot. The jr. suite was great very roomy with a huge shower. The food selection and quality could have been a bit better though

The hotel is well located for both the railway station and town centre.The reception staff was not clear about the eco clean benefits against money off drinks.I had to remind staff about the daily discount as we had chosen eco clean. Breakfasts were very good and evening dinner and choice were quite good.

Cosy hotel staff are great and the room very comfortable . It is expensive but worth it you get what you pay for

The staff was very nice and helpful. We liked the location of the hotel because it was not in the most touristy area--a welcome break from the crowded sightseeing spots.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located (about a 10 min walk from the railway station). It isnt super close to the city center (about 20 min), but the walk isn’t too strenous (no hills!). Would recommend.
